REST APIs are typically endpoint-based, meaning each endpoint has its rate limit, while GraphQL APIs tend to be more flexible and allow for a single endpoint to handle multiple requests. Although more flexible, rate limiting in GraphQL APIs is more complex than rate limiting in REST APIs.
